Hospitality professional with extensive experience in F&B operations, and hospitality management. With a career spanning nearly two decades, he has played a key role in the successful development and operation, and launch of high-end venues across Greece, including Mykonos, Halkidiki, Antiparos, and Porto Heli. Most recently, he cooperates to Manage & Develop projects in Mykonos & Halkidiki. Prior to that he led new openings and operations at Beach House Antiparos, new openings at Scorpios Mykonos, managing concept development, service execution, and team training. His tenure at Amanzoe, Soho Roc House, and Scorpios Mykonos further solidified his expertise in premium service, beverage management, and high-volume venue operations. Holds an MSc in International Hospitality Management, complemented by specialized certifications in project management, business management, wines, spirits, and bartending. His dedication to excellence in hospitality is backed by continuous professional development, ensuring operational efficiency in every project and role he undertakes.
