PHI GROUP was founded in 2018 to distill unique new spirits from local fruits and introduce bold, clean flavors to the bar, spirits and mixologist world. STRAWBAR has been created by a team of young scientists who use professional distillation processes that respect the required times of each individual stage of the process, while remaining traditional. Strawbar is a very high quality handcrafted spirit. We have our own fields growing Fragaria Vesca, a variety of wild strawberry or forest strawberry. Most people know the wild strawberry for its small but very tasty fruits. Strawberry fruits are delicious, its leaves can be used medicinally and bees love its flowers! These tiny strawberries are very delicate so we pick, sort and wash them by hand before storing them in shallow trays to prevent spoilage. They are also very nutritious and full of antioxidants, so we recycle the leftover pulp and seeds to use in a range of skin creams and scrubs. All leftovers from our process are recycled as compost on our fields. Nothing is wasted from these special fruits!
