Dimitris, born in the early '90s, has been working in bars for the past 15 years. He studied food technology, and for the last three years, he has been part of the Upupa Epops team. His love for spirits led him to William Grant’s, and through AMBYX, he represents some of the most iconic whiskies, such as Tullamore D.E.W., Monkey Shoulder, Glenfiddich, and others.
