George Simoudis

His involvement in the world of hospitality began 19 years ago at one of the most well-known bar-restaurants in Thessaloniki. He started in the finance department, but his curiosity for spirits and the world of cocktails, which had existed long before, soon brought him behind the bar. For the past 15 years, he has been the owner and bar manager of "La Doze Bar" in Thessaloniki.
