Yiannis Korovesis has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. A highly skilled individual, a veteran bartender and an experienced consultant for numerous bars, restaurants and hotels. He has been certified as a sherry educator by the CRJ (Consejo Regulador de Jerez), a cognac educator by the BNIC (Bureau interprofessionnel du Cognac) and a water sommelier by the Fine Waters Academy. He has been hosting seminars, tastings, masterclasses, workshops and lectures on these topics, as well as topics related to Greek spirits, technology in bars, hospitality, Foodpairing, etc He is the founder of Bitterbooze.com, Greece’s longest running drinks specialized website (circa 2011), but also a drinks editor for country’s various other media (print and web). Lastly, he’s behind Cava Anthidis marketing department and an instructor at Le Monde Institute.
