Hailing from Greece, Angelos began his hospitality career at a young age, mastering mixology through experience and research. His accolades include being recognised among the World’s Top 5 Bartenders in the Elit Art of Martini competitions. Known as Mr.ungarnished, he focuses on unique ingredients and craftsmanship while promoting seasonal and locally sourced menus that minimize waste. Angelos is a renowned figure in the global hospitality industry for his minimalistic, flavorful creation and his unique, genuine style of hospitality leading his venues in winning several awards like Best bar in the UK 2021, #61 Best bar in the world for top 500 bars, Part of top50 UK cocktail bars list, as well as is recognized with two pins as OUTSANDING by Pinnacle guide. Angelos is a promoter and ambassador of the use of local ingredients, focused solely on seasonal harvesting of ingredients supporting actively community and has recently published his first book called “HYPER drinks” which serves as a journal filled with recipes and anecdotes about HYPER local ingredients and HYPER seasonal produce transformed into drinks with HYPER simple techniques.
