EKTORAS VEZYRGIANNHS He began his career as a waiter in various restaurants and five-star hotels in Athens . In 2016, he started bartending and learning cocktail making at Aldemar Royal Mare in Crete and in 2017, he joined Cavo Tagoo Mykonos, becoming bar manager in 2019. From 2020 to 2022, he managed the bar at Zuma Mykonos and then Zuma Miami.. In 2024 he opened his own business Switch Up and in June 2024 he won Greek World Class whereas 2 months later he competed to the World Class Global Competition in Shanghai. Currently, he works at Contrabando Athens. CHRISTOS KLOUVATOS "Being passionate about unique flavors, customer experience and elegant hospitality, it has been his driving force through the last decade to perform at high level in both coffee and bar industries. Working in specialty coffee and bartending , competing and consulting his goal is to share and inspire. His best achievements are the 2 back to back Hellenic coffee in Good Spirits Championships 2022, 2023 and the back to back finalist positions in World coffee in Good Spirits Championships 6th place in Milan 2022 and 4th place in Taiwan 2023. The same year he had the chance to win the Greek World class competition and be in the top 12 finalists in the global finals in São Paulo 2023. NIKOS SOURBATIS In 2007 he started his career in bar industry through various roles such as service & later bartender. He continued his educational journey with various seminars in Greece & abroad, and later he committed his self to agave spirits that lead him to the legendary tequileria bar Dos Agaves.
